A massive performance boost within 3 quarters — powered by an annual strategy and a flexible social media design language
BAUAkademie BWZ OÖ has always seen itself as the central education and development platform for skilled professionals in the construction industry. Its services are aimed at apprentices, skilled workers, and managers. At a time when digitalization and technological progress are becoming increasingly important in this industry as well, the next step was to consistently evolve the communication channels and realign them digitally.
To sustainably advance the digital transformation of BAUAkademie BWZ Oberösterreich, we took over online marketing and social media management: from professional setup to ongoing performance management of all channels. The goal was not just to be present, but to become visible and tangible on all platforms with a clear strategy and a unified visual appearance.
We started with a comprehensive annual strategy that pursues not only short-term reach goals, but focuses on building a vibrant community, strengthening the brand, and sharing knowledge. In parallel, we developed a completely new design line for social media – modern, dynamic, and in harmony with the revised corporate design of the BAUAkademie. This visual language has since ensured high recognition value and a clear identity in the fast-paced social media landscape.
In terms of content, we combine emotional storytelling — such as personal success stories from graduates — with informative, practical content: event announcements, insights into course content, career tips, and industry insights. Already in the third quarter after the strategy launched, significant performance gains showed in reach, interactions, and community quality. The social media presence is now perceived not just as an information channel, but as an active link between the educational institution, the industry, and the digital public.
Together with the BAUAkademie, we are laying the foundation for its long-term positioning as a digital pioneer in construction industry education – with clear language, strategic depth, and genuine closeness to the target audience.
