In the background, recurring workflows run on a schedule or when an event occurs. Your own AI server instead of your own AI hardware
When people search for an AI server, they often think of hardware with graphics cards in their own server room. For most SMEs, that is not necessary. With the MOREMEDIA AI & automation server, your database, workflows and permissions sit on your own cloud server with a hosting provider in the EU. The actual AI computation is handled by default by Claude from Anthropic via an interface. The server only transmits the data a task needs.
This means you need neither AI hardware nor your own server technology. If you later want to run your own models, we assess an additional server with graphics processors separately.
Your data stays under your control
Data protection is not an add-on to the AI server but part of its design. We only use access plans whose contractual terms exclude training on your inputs and outputs. Data minimisation, roles, logs and deletion periods are built in from the start, and the setup is designed for GDPR compliance. Copilot, ChatGPT and Claude stay
An AI server does not replace the familiar AI programs, it extends them. Microsoft Copilot is designed for work in Outlook, Word, Excel and Teams, ChatGPT and Claude for writing, research and analysis. Your own server adds what is usually missing in a company: controlled access to ERP, CRM and accounting, shared workflows for everyone and control over data protection and costs.
Your existing AI accounts can access approved functions of the server. It is not either-or.
